Harbourside at Marker 33 is a unique property along the Clearwater and St. Pete gulf coast. We are set up uniquely as a short-term vacation rental complex. This is different from a traditional HOA where we must follow certain building guidelines and practices. This comes with benefits like being outside of potential laws restricting Airbnb or VRBO for single family homes or condos in the area.
Splash Harbour Water Park
Splash Harbour Water Park is a unique attraction with nothing else like it along our coast! Kids and families are drawn to the idea of being able to not only walk to the beach, but enjoy the benefits of a full water park as well. A lazy river, thrilling water slides, and on-site restaurants and bars are all part of the draw. Our VOA is under agreement with the developer to pay part of the operating cost of the water park. VOA Meetings and Leadership
Official VOA meetings will be announced via email and posted conspicuously on-site within the required time frame. We need participation to run our association properly! Please always either attend the annual members meeting or at least complete the limited proxy so the board can make decisions on your behalf and we can meet quorum. Please also consider volunteering for the board of directors.
